About This Release
Unshaken is a three-track hard-rock EP about grace that changes how we give, a kingdom that outlasts what we build, and God's sustaining power in fragile lives. Each song begins with a distinct biblical passage rather than treating every image of pressure or shaking as the same idea.
“Running Over” opens with Luke 6:35–38: loving, forgiving and giving from a heart shaped by the Father's mercy. Its groove-heavy direction pairs a bluesy riff with an outward-looking message. “Unshaken” moves into stomping arena rock and the gratitude of Hebrews 12:27–28: the kingdom we receive cannot be shaken, even when we can. “Pressed but Not Crushed” closes with heavier melodic rock and the honest weakness of 2 Corinthians 4:7–10.
Together the songs place confidence in Christ rather than human invincibility. Generosity is not a bargain for riches, worship is not a celebration of personal power, and endurance is not pretending that suffering does not hurt. Mercy received becomes mercy shared; a kingdom received becomes a reason for reverent worship; strength received sustains a life that knows its need.

Read Luke 6:35–38, Hebrews 12:27–28 and 2 Corinthians 4:7–10.
These three passages invite three responses to God's grace: open your hands, give thanks and depend on Him. They are connected by the character of the God who gives, but their images should not be confused.
In Luke 6, the generous measure belongs alongside Jesus' teaching about mercy, forgiveness and love for enemies. It is not a guarantee of financial riches. In Hebrews 12, what cannot be shaken is God's kingdom, not our personal composure or worldly achievements. In 2 Corinthians 4, pressure and weakness make clear that the surpassing power belongs to God, not to the fragile vessel carrying His treasure.
The EP therefore offers something deeper than a call to try harder. We give because mercy has reached us. We worship because the kingdom is received, not built by our reputation. We endure by God's power while remaining honest about our need for help.
Which response is before you today? Share something practical with another person. Thank God for what does not depend on your success. Or bring Him the weakness you have been hiding and ask someone trustworthy to support you.
Prayer: Lord Jesus, make Your mercy visible in our generosity, Your reign central to our worship and Your strength present in our weakness. Keep us from pride, from bargaining with You and from pretending we do not hurt. Teach us to live by the grace we receive. Amen.
